Vine: Barbera, Fresia, Bonarda.
Soil: essentially made of glacial sand with subordinated clay horizons, together with the presence of cobble-stones responsible for regulating soil temperatures throughout the year.
Processing: this wine is the result of the mixing of three distinct types of gapes. This occurs right during fermentation, thus giving birth to a “unique” wine that is bearing the flavors of the three components.
Profile: ruby red colored. Warm taste with a full body, perfectly equilibrated.
Serving Temperature: 14-16 degree Celsius (59° F).
Best food matches and cuisine: special for all kind of meats, including barbeque and cheeses.
Storage: in a cool environment with constant temperatures not higher than 18-20 °C (66° F). It can be aged for few years.
