Red Wine "Carema"

Vine: Nebbiolo
Soil: essentially made of glacial terrains that form the moraines of upper Canavese. The presence of cobble-stones and blocks is responsible for regulating soil temperatures throughout the year.
Processing: produced from noble Nebbiolo grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years.
Profile: dull red colored. Warm taste with a full body, perfectly equilibrated.
Serving Temperature: 14-16 degree Celsius (59° F).
Best food matches and cuisine: special for all kind of meats, including barbeque and cheeses.
Storage: in a cool environment with constant temperatures not higher than 18-20 °C (66°F). It can be aged for several years.
