Rating: Table wine.
Vine: Barbera, Fresia, Bonarda.
Soil: essentially made of glacial sand with subordinated clay horizons, together with the presence of cobble-stones responsible for regulating soil temperatures throughout the year.
Processing: this wine mingles three distinct types of gapes. This occurs right during fermentation, thus giving birth to a “unique” wine that is bearing the flavors of the three components. When squeezing is completed, the remnants of the grapes are removed within a few hours, and the wine undergoes fermentation.
Profile: typical Rosè. Refreshing wine, well equilibrated.
Serving Temperature: 10-12 degree Celsius (52° F).
Best food matches and cuisine: cold dishes of white meats and cheeses.
Storage : in a cool environment with constant temperatures not higher than 18-20 °C (66° F). It can be aged for few years.
