Erbaluce di Caluso "Spumante"

Vine: Erbaluce di Caluso.
Soil: essentially made of glacial sand with subordinated clay horizons, together with the presence of cobble-stones responsible for regulating soil temperatures throughout the year.
Processing: this Spumante wine is produced according to the “Charmat Method”. Fermentation is reactivated in a pressurized vat and the wine is then bottled after “brightening” and accurate filtering.
Froth: light and fading.
Perlage: fine and lasting.
Color: bright light yellow.
Fragrance: Delicate, fine and typical.
Flavor: dry and fresh, very typical.
Serving Temperature: 8-10 degree Celsius (47° F).
Best food matches and cuisine: special as an aperitif as well as with your favorite meals. It is the best for Pizza.
Storage: in a cool environment with constant temperatures not higher than 18-20 °C (66° F). The bottle should lay onto a gently steeping shelf. It should be served within two years.
