Vine: Erbaluce di Caluso
Soil: essentially made of glacial sand with subordinated clay horizons, together with the presence of cobble-stones responsible for regulating soil temperatures throughout the year.
Processing: The grapes collected for producing this selected wine show a very sparse single grape-fruits (named “Grappolo Rado”). This peculiarity gives the name to this fine wine as well.
Color: light yellow.
Fragrance: Delicate and typical.
Flavor: dry and fresh, very typical.
Serving Temperature: 10-12 degree Celsius (52° F).
Best food matches and cuisine: special with appetizers and shellfish, cold dishes and white meats.
Storage: in a cool environment with constant temperatures not higher than 18-20 °C (66° F). Should be served within two years.
